Kaoru Suzuki, Patient Meal Supervisor

Culinary researcher. Born in Tokyo. Raised in a large family with four generations, fostered the value of sharing a meal as a family. Her cooking classes that began in 2000 gained popularity, and she has been active in magazines and television (such as Kyono Ryori [today’s cooking] and Sanpun Cooking [three-minute cooking]). Her simple yet fashionable and home hospitality dishes and home cooking with vegetables have gained a solid reputation.
She is the author of “Tokyo Mazaazu Kuriniku no Jiai Gohan” [Loving Meals of the Tokyo Mother’s Clinic] (Sekaibunka), “Shun no Yasai de Motenashigohan” [Carefully prepared meals with seasonal vegetables] (Fusosha), “Hajimete no Kodomo Kicchin” [Beginners’ Kitchen for Children] (Kadokawa), and numerous other works.
She gave birth to her twin daughters under Director Hayashi’s care in 2010 and gave birth to her son at Tokyo Mother’s Clinic. She is currently the mother of three children.
