Updated part: Red, starting January 5,2024
Thank you very much for your cooperation in our infection control measures.
Effective from December 1, 2023, the following changes will be made to the Accompanying Outpatients. Please check before coming to the clinic.
1 adult member of the patient’s family and children will be allowed to accompany the patient.
However, since we have many pregnant and newborn patients, we will continue to take infection control measures. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in the following points.
1. First-time patients: 1 adult member of the patient’s family of a first-time outpatient may accompany the patient regardless of the date and time.
2. Re-consultation patients: On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (all in the morning), please refrain from accompanying your adult family members, as the consultation will be crowded and may cause inconvenience.
*Children may accompany you regardless of the date and time.
《REQUEST》
Please fill in the “Questionnaire and Consent Form for Infectious Diseases” located at the entrance and enter the clinic after writing the temperature and names of all patient and accompanying persons jointly (Fill in each person who does not live with patient). (If even one “Yes” is marked, you will not be allowed to enter the clinic building.)
Please note that due to the limited space in the waiting room, and we ask that accompanying persons give up their seats to patients during busy times. Please continue to use the first parking lot in front of the clinic facility for pregnant women who are driving themselves, and please use the second parking lot when your accompanying person is driving.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
